What is the estimated time of delivery?
It moves quite quickly! We work hard to complete all orders and deliver goods as quickly as possible. The shipping time may change depending on your address. We'll keep working to fulfill your purchase as promptly as possible.
To get my order, do I need to be there in person?
We advise you to accept your order personally. If you are not there, the package will be delivered to someone else, and our representative may confirm this with you. In addition, the receiver's signature will be obtained for security purposes.
What if the money is deducted from my account but didn't receive an Order ID?
We ensure that an Order ID is only confirmed once we receive the money. Sometimes the money may be deducted from your account but not yet be received by us due to unforeseeable circumstances. Send us an email, and we'll help you out.
Which conditions apply to returns?
We are very flexible with returns, and our return policy is customer-friendly. You can return the product only when it is unused, unwashed, and not damaged, and price tags and brand tags are properly present with the original packaging.
When will I receive my reimbursement for my return?
We provide a guaranteed pick-up date after the Return ID has been generated. Your return order will be picked up on that day. As soon as the Return ID is generated, we will also let you know when you may expect to receive your money.
